Presidents Day, January 20th, 2023
Hope everyone had a great presidents day, yesterday. As always, President Joe Biden was on the move, as he spent this presidents day in talks with, Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, on a announced trip to The Ukraine.
We applaud your humanitarian efforts again Mr. Biden, in following up on the war between Russia and the Ukraine. A war which some say is pointless, for all the lives lost and the jeopardy it puts in the lives of both the everyday Ukrainian and Russian people.
Please world leaders, keep in mind the fact that nobody wants to die. We have come along way as a people, look at all the creations from tech to everyday inventions that make life a lot easier and a little more fun. War puts a strain and a compromise on everyday people and everyday life that most argue as unfair. As a people we should try to put more focus on tomorrow and creating a better tomorrow. Focus more on life and longevity, as in methods of preserving life, better medicines, healthier food, safer travel, stronger homes and travel mechanisms.
I know its hard for some to do but maybe a little less focus on self and maybe start paying attention to the people around you, the people of tomorrow. We created everything in this world today, as humans so why destroy it. Even worst, why destroy Gods gift of life?
All the money being spent to buy weapons to facilitate wars could be used to build housing for the homeless, food for impoverished nations, medication for the sick and cures for disease. To build better foundations for our youths so they grow up without this war mentality. So our youths grow up knowing right from wrong as the laws of the bible teach us. The laws of the land, any land that is!
I feel as if we created cars, the ability to predict the weather, planes, jets, space crafts, wires, telecommunications, television, the internet, video games, healthier foods, medicines, etc... If we can create all this, then we should by now be intelligent enough to realize that we as a people have also created all of the problems in the world today. All the wars and all the crime that leads to early death. Deaths which could have been avoided if we as a people unite, stand together and continue to mold this great world which we have created.
“I wish for the whole world to one day be able to enjoy the feeling of playing video games, watching movies, surfing the internet, the celebration of New Years Day, shopping for whatever one likes, eating to your hearts content, going on vacations, playing sports and last but not least, attending the school or college of your choice to get the education necessary for one to get that job you’ve always dreamed of…”
“Thoughts of war and the gloomy history of war ruine the dream. Little Tommy has grown accustom to guns, tanks and brutality instead of books, ways to get to school on time and seeing his fellow students all graduate with honors! Stealing instead of giving!
“I wish that all world leaders would get on the phone one day and say an apology to each other on behalf of the countries they represent and make a pact to never fight again.”
“To make agreements for a brighter future for all the people they represent and love.”
Happy President Day Mr. Biden, from The Lifetime Student foundation,
